A surprisingly good day

Okay...hopefully i will get this done in 15 minutes so i can wake up early tomorrow. i really like working out in the morning even if it's 5:30 AM...and really makes my day go much better.
WARNING: randomness will ensue.
So...my work out today was good. The gym owner didn't talk to me b/c she knew I don't do well talking and working out at the same time. LOL. I was very surprised by this observation.
(and now listening to Somebody to love by Queen)

Okay....so I get to my car to head to work in a timely manner. Thanks to God i came back to unhook my hair straightner. before i left my house.
*OMG* I got to work on time 7:55 am, and there were no mgt on site. we waited 10 minutes before someone arrived to open the back doors. And srsly, i've been running late to work. So it was nice to be one time. And people are human, and error does occur in my job field. Yes! Swoosh in the air. Once I entered that door, I headed straight to the lobby(where we get a lot of traffic from clients) and got open those doors. It is a very big deal those doors be open @ 8am. Adrenaline rush. I opened the doors. I made my PA announcement apologizing about lateness. gave direction what to do to clients as well. i like leading in this way.
Workers out....oh....i need reschedule appointments. i get pulled all over the place.
Office drama. And, i could finally feel today my fellow co-workers could understand where tenure people are coming from.
Felt encouraged and how someone is going to recommend that I be in charge of the front. There has been lightly joking how i am considered the head clerk. My instinct is always being this leader.
Usual day of work. No yelling today by clients. Those are always good days.
Praise! We were done by 5:10 pm. that's amazing!!!! we don't get done till 6ish or later.
But was amazing how much I laughed, and I laughed so hard. I admit some of the joking was crude, but it was soo soo soo hilarious. You ever have those moments that you laugh so hard you are crying, and having a hard time breathing. and you're head is laying on the desk b/c the laughter is hurting your body. I couldn't stop.
And then a few ppl came up to the front desk area just to see what was so funny. I didnt realize our laughing was that funny. And this made me laugh even more.

I'm so glad I had more of this kind of laughter later on in the evening with bible study peeps. I will have to scan the envelope that made me laugh so hard.
Thanks Wayne(will have to insert story here).

Also, I was talking with one woman who I will not name. But her story was hopeful. maybe b/c i struggle with singleness. but she shared how she hadn't gotten married till she was 45. and she is happily married, and she dearly loves her husband. and one way she showed him that was making an additional cake including the one she made today for someone's bday. And, i'm feeling pretty out of sorts with peeps entering in new relationships with someone lately. Srsly, i am a little freaked out b/c i don't know if him/her is a good fit for whomever. it urks me. i'll have to pray this. I never know why don't I date more actively. But her story reminded me of why I am so patient in this area. She made him that cake b/c she wanted to. And, how she likes doing things b/c she wants to out of love for him. She never feels it is forced acts of service she provides to her husband. And, that's exactly what I look forward to! Hence, i'm in this waiting room. I like being in the waiting room. I don't know if me turning 27, life feels so much like a party. I know, i'm still young(that's what all the elders tell me), but i hope I hold on to this feeling, and can keep this blog as a reminder.

then I learned another thing about myself--i'm influenced so much by people especially when it comes to food.
times up....another story, another blog.
